Conference organisation
Since 1989 INTERTEXT Translation and Interpreting Agency has worked as a reliable and known organiser of international conferences, seminars and symposia.
We are able to take responsibility for the organisation of practically every event. We are one of the largest firms providing services for international events. We select and engage interpreters and provide equipment together with technical service. We have the most modern simultaneous interpreting system and Philips discussion system, amplifier and multimedia presentation equipment.
We provide catering, hotel reservation, lecture halls and employment of hostesses. Due to reliable organisation we react quickly to the needs of the moment.
Clients entrust us with conference organisation at the highest level. Our services are typified by the highest level of organisational and technical service, testified to by the excellent references and the appreciation of clients. INTERTEXT has three times provided services for the Economic Forum in Krynica, during which about 30 interpreters worked simultaneously. We have provided language services for Conferences of Ministers of Foreign Affairs from over a hundred states of the whole world.
